01. Leads and first meeting

02. Second meeting
This presentation will most likely be F2F to more stakeholders (typically CFO & CTO) and you'll be fielding more technical questions at this juncture – so best to be ultra prepared. 03. Proposal presentation

04. Onboarding your client
Tailor a contractual document that details your statement of work and processes and timeline. This is usually developed in a Word document.
