Persuaders was approached to communicate and design an informative infographic that would accurately reflect DCJ’s branding and generate awareness about carers in NSW. DCJ sought to increase recognition to help individuals identify themselves as carers. This was to make certain that they had access to DCJ resources and support system, such as financial assistance and services, to ensure they had the materials needed to take care of others.

The Solution

Persuaders happily accepted the project and started reviewing campaign goals with DCJ to ensure effective collaboration between both companies and align approaches and goals. DCJ provided Persuaders with statistics from the Australian Bureau of Statistics that they wanted to emphasise, to increase interest with their targeted audience. The content was further simplified as our team wanted to create an infographic that reflected DCJ key messages clearly, whilst designing it in a way that captivates audiences to continue to read and learn more.

The Social Side

For social and design purposes, we also offered DCJ smaller info-tiles that they could use to distribute through their social media channels to increase awareness.

Ultimately, our goal was to design a visually appealing and fact filled infographic that accentuates DCJ’s value to encourage carers to use their services.

The Outcome

Creative imagery used across social media, print and web during Carers Week in October 2020. The set of infographics continue to be used across several campaigns online and in presentations.

We approached The Persuaders to develop infographics and fact sheets on [NSW] carers. The team were professional and prompt in responding to any queries or changes we needed. They created great looking infographics that we used in our NSW Carers Week social media campaign and will continue to use in all future promotional activities.
