Solving the Problem
AGL’s Investor Relations team took over the top floor of their Melbourne head office on Collins Street to host the curated guest list of 100 attendees.
We created animated screen content in MS PowerPoint for the 2 out of 3 the event booths, showcased on LCD TV screens, to demonstrate AGL’s most important assets and strategies for the future. The third booth held a 3D printed map of Australia to pinpoint key assets throughout the country and high-level information about key sites. Booth designs were strategically situated around the edges of the space to allow for maximal interaction and engagement with the content.
For the on-stage content, we put together an engaging presentation template tying together the 4 presenters segments both visually and in messaging.
The communication suite created a balanced, well-designed and professional Investor Day to bring clarity and embed security in their shareholders.
